Donna did an excellent job in selling our home. She knows the marketplace quite well, and has done a great job of developing relationships with many home buyers in our area. In our particular case, Donna and I had an initial meeting on a Tuesday night at which time we toured my home, discussed staging ideas, reviewed comparable property values, and decided on a listing price. At the end of the meeting, Donna asked if she could show the house to a particular family on Wednesday morning. The family was pre-qualified, and she believed that our house met their criteria. Donna showed the house on Wednesday and presented us with a contract on Friday. Aside from her ability to get a contract on the house almost immediately, I was impressed with Donna's ability to keep the close process on schedule and moving forward through completion. We closed on schedule and without a hitch.
