Donna helped us sell our house in 1 day in a tough market. She set realistic expectations on pricing, as we needed to move and had the luxury of a company-paid relo. She was aggressive in seeking our listing (almost too aggressive - but that was a sign that she is a "selling agent" vs "listing agent"). We had a bit of communication gap and power struggle between Donna and the relo coordinator that caused too much angst for my liking (on a one-day sale) but all-in-all, Donna's knowledge of the Safety Harbor market and the ability to communicate directly and realistically, allowed us to sell our house and get on with the next phase of our lives. If (hopefully "when") we make it back to Safety Harbor, we'll look up Donna and appreciate her no-nonsense advice and counsel in getting into a new home.
